Hazrat Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (عليه السلام), also known as Ali al-Awsat (Ali Ausat), was the noble son of Hazrat Imam Hussain (عليه السلام) and the beloved great-grandson of Rasool-e-Pak (ﷺ). He was known for his deep piety, constant worship, and remarkable sabr (patience).
He is recognized as the 4th Imam among the Twelve Imams. Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (عليه السلام) was present during the Battle of Karbala, where he witnessed the great sacrifice of his father and the martyrs of the Ahl al-Bayt. Through immense patience and faith, he preserved the message of Karbala and later guided people through knowledge, humility, and spiritual teachings.
His blessed resting place is in Jannat al-Baqi, Madinah Munawwarah.
